New Orleans’ First Concorso d’Eleganza
In conjunction with the opening of the New Orleans Museum of Art’s A Life of Seduction: Venice in the 1700s exhibition, Ferrari of Houston, in partnership with the Ferrari Club of America, brings New Orleans’ first Concorso d’Eleganza to the museum, as a continued celebration of the beauty, innovation, and exquisite craftsmanship of Italian design.
India Fest
The New Orleans Museum of Art and the Indian Arts Circle of New Orleans present India Fest, a vibrant festival of Indian arts, culture, and cuisine. The event features a wide variety of performances, activities and programs throughout the day, including a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, classical and Bollywood dance, sari demonstrations, henna applications, yoga, lectures, film, a cricket demonstration, and more.
Edible Book Day
NOMA invites both professional and aspiring home-kitchen bakers to participate in the Edible Book Day decorated-cake contest. Visitors to Friday Nights at NOMA are encouraged to participate in the judging.
