Thursday July 15, 6-8 PM
For many, our relationship to our most familiar spaces has come into focus over the past year and a half. Take part in a collective reflection upon our interior spaces and the quarantine experience of being within them through this observational drawing session. Participants are encouraged to bring objects from their homes or spaces to build a collaborative still life in the Lapis Center for the Arts at NOMA.
Participants are free to explore personal interests to create vignettes of their quarantine interior experience with a focus on select objects, pattern or texture studies, or figurative drawings of live models within the group-sourced ‘interior’.
