Andrew McClellan to discuss the evolution of public access to art in 18th-century Paris

Art historian Andrew McClellan, a professor at Tufts University, will deliver the final guest lecture in conjunction with The Orléans Collection on Friday, January 25, at 7 pm as part of Friday Nights at NOMA. As author of the definitive book on the history of the Louvre, and a respected scholar on the study of museology, he has extensively studied the evolution of the public’s access to art in eighteenth-century France.
