Free admission for Art Museum Day

Admission is FREE for all visitors on Thursday, May 17, in recognition of Art Museum Day. NOMA is the only museum in Louisiana participating in this annual recognition of the role art museums serve in their communities.

Hot Couture Late Night

NOMA opens its doors till midnight for a fashionable evening of special tours, discussions, a movie, live music, a play, and food trucks in celebration of A Queen Within: Adorned Archetypes.

NOMA CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION

NOMA open for Memorial Day

The New Orleans Museum of Art and the Besthoff Sculpture Garden will be open on Memorial Day, May 28, from noon to 5 pm.

NOMA closed to the public, Sculpture Garden remains open

NOMA will be closed to the public on Saturday, June 16, to host an event for the New Orleans Tricentennial. The Besthoff Sculpture Garden will remain open throughout the day from 10 am to 5 pm. Please visit us on Sunday, June 17, when admission will be free to all visitors on Father's Day.

NOMA open for Independence Day

The New Orleans Museum of Art will be open on the Fourth of July from noon to 5 pm. Wednesdays are FREE to all Louisiana residents courtesy of The Helis Foundation.

Japan Fest 2018
