Due to the current COVID 19 crisis, NOMA and the Garden Study Club have made the difficult decision to cancel Art in Bloom presented by IBERIABANK. Like every public institution, the safety and well-being of our staff, volunteers, patrons, guests, donors and participants are our highest priorities during these complicated times.
