Join us for a discussion on sculptor Enrique Alférez's art, life, and enduring influence in New Orleans. Katie Bowler Young, author of Enrique Alférez: Sculptor, and Tlalóc Alférez, daughter of the preeminent sculptor, will talk about the artist’s legacy in front of his large-scale relief sculpture Symbols of Communication in NOMA's Lapis Center for the Arts.
