Corporate Entertainment

NOMA provides an opulent setting to private events, meetings, film screenings, corporate entertaining, lectures, seated dinners, receptions, and more. Interior and exterior spaces can accommodate up to 1,200 guests.

Options & Amenities

All venues include free parking, security detail, wheelchair access, a facility manager for the duration of the event, and three hours set-up time. NOMA does not provide food, beverages, tables, chairs, or other equipment. A suggested list of preferred vendors is available; however outside vendors are allowed with prior approval. Fridays and major holidays are not available for rental events.

Entire Museum Interior

  • Available Monday – Thursday, 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Available Saturday and Sunday, 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • 3 hour minimum use of the museum’s interior with approved spaces for set-up
  • Indoor venues available for set-up include the Freeport-McMoRan Great Hall, the McDermott Lobby, and five first floor galleries
  • The entire museum stays open for guests to view the collection
  • Capacity: 1,200 guests
  • Over 100,000 square feet

Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden

  • Located adjacent to the museum
  • Available for an additional hour when you rent the museum
  • Available without the use of the museum for a wedding ceremony (rain plan not provided)
  • Tenting is prohibited
  • Over 5 acres of landscaped garden

Woldenberg Board Room

  • Available for full-day, half-day, and evening rentals
  • Located on the second floor with expansive park views
  • 4 inlaid wood tables seat 12 guests per table
  • Seated: 48 guests
  • Standing: 70 guests
  • 1,200 square feet

Lapis Center for the Arts

  • Available for full-day, half-day, and evening rentals
  • Located on the first floor
  • Theater-style seats, stage, large screen, projector, podium, microphone, PC computer, and a Blu Ray DVD player
  • Seated: 220 guests
  • Over 2,000 square feet

Freeport-McMoRan Great Hall

  • Available Monday – Thursday, 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • 3 hour minimum use of the Great Hall
  • Capacity: 200 guests
  • 3,365 square feet
