Young Audiences of Louisiana (YALA) presents a free six-part workshop series for children ages 12–24 months and their caregivers—inspired by works on view at NOMA!

Studio KIDS! (Ages 6–10): Paper-Cut Portraits

Join us at the museum on select Saturday mornings for Studio KIDS! youth and pre-teen art-making workshops. We’ll take inspiration from an artwork in the galleries or garden, then return to the studio to make our own creations with a teaching artist. Registration is required and includes all art-making materials.

Book Club Discussion: Chronicles from the Land of the Happiest People on Earth

The NOMA Book Club meets monthly to discuss fiction and nonfiction books related to art in NOMA’s collection and exhibitions. It is an informal group open to anyone on a month-to-month basis. You do not have to attend every meeting or read every book!
