NOMA Reset: Freedom at the Mat

Join NOMA for a new series of virtual workshops that focuses on mindfulness, creativity, comfort and reflection. NOMA Reset programs provide a much-needed infusion of relaxation and wellness by engaging our collective and individual wellbeing.
The NOMA Reset: Freedom At The Mat experience celebrates the fall exhibition Mending The Sky and is designed to mend our hearts, be a balm for the soul, and ease your mind. Join us as together we intentionally and collectively inhale and exhale to ground ourselves, be mindful of where we’ve been and where we go, journal, move and affirm our intentions. This class will be led by Freedom At The Mat creator Olivia F. Scott, with musical accompaniment by musician Steve Lands.
About Freedom at the Mat
Freedom At The Mat is a multi-disciplined wellness class experience integrating mindfulness, meditation, yoga asana, journaling and verbal affirmations. The 75-minute self-care experience was created to be a sacred space for people to connect with their innermost dreams & inner divine while also releasing stress and strengthening their bodies and minds.
Engagement in Freedom At The Mat helps people become free of issues which may hold them back from living their fullest lives as the most lovely, self-assured, beautiful and radiant creatures on the planet.
