ART IN THE AFTERNOON | WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27, 3–5 PM
In Two Canoe by Wangechi Mutu
Taking inspiration from the exhibition Wangechi Mutu: Intertwined, join us in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden for an afternoon exploring themes related to the environment. Examine In Two Canoe, look and listen to A River by Max Martin, and create water landscapes with teaching artists.
Art in the Afternoon is happening rain or shine! Should inclement weather prevent art-making in the Besthoff Sculpture Garden, we will move inside to the museum’s galleries to look at Torkwase Dyson’s Way Over There Inside Me (Ocean as a super throughway #4).
