Celebrate Juneteenth at the New Orleans Museum of Art Sculpture Garden by expressing your freedom in community with others in a 60-minute joy of freedom movement & mindfulness experience presented by Freedom At The Mat.

Freedom At The Mat has designed a class to be a Freedom Vinyasa Flow class, mostly seated, with meditation, community sharing, and intention setting. The class is open to people of all ages, fitness levels, ethnicities & beliefs. The following prompts will be used “Which freedom(s) did you most desire? What did you feel when you experienced freedom? How do you honor that freedom daily.”

All participants receive access to the class playlist, an affirmation card, and entry into a drawing for one Freedom Kit that includes one luxe, 5mm art yoga mat, one guided journal + 1 aromatherapy candle.
