Face mask made of wood, with remnants of paint. Elongated shape with crude triangular shaped openings for eyes. Top of mask features dark headpiece consisting of oval, flat knob. Extending from the rim of this knob is an arrow which passes the eyes and is indicative of a nose. Square, carved shape for mouth.
