In anticipation of future performances, the NOLA Project presents a series of readings in NOMA’s Lapis Center for the Arts. All three readings are free with museum admission. Each event gives a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the NOLA Project’s upcoming performance seasons.
Wander through tales spooky and strange in this brand-new look at some very old fables. In Tell It to Me Sweet, written by ensemble member Brittany N. Williams, you’ll meet magical aunties, too-clever wolves, wicked stepmothers, foolish devils, and determined ghosts. The performance takes you on a winding tour of five stories pulled from the Brothers Grimm and elsewhere.
This program is free with museum admission.
