She began as one of the first female trainees in the famed William Morris mailroom and went on to become a driving force in entertainment. \nToday\, she is the founder and president of Superb Entertainment\, a production company developing a diverse slate of scripted and unscripted content across major networks and platforms. Upcoming projects include a film adaptation of The Mosquito Supper Club Cookbook; Las Hermanas\, a modern retelling of Little Women for Sony Pictures; as well as a television series with Keshet based on the book Becoming Bulletproof. \nKnown for her collaborative management style and strong talent relationships\, Poster played a pivotal role in shaping some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful films of the late 1990s and 2000s. Gladstein is an educator\, film producer\, and media executive. \nIn the not-for-profit / education sector\, Gladstein led two graduate film schools\, as dean at the American Film Institute (AFI) Conservatory and executive director at Brooklyn College’s Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema. \nAs a filmmaker\, Gladstein is the founder and president of the production company FilmColony. Cumulatively\, Gladstein’s films have received 27 Academy Award® nominations and earned in excess of US $1 billion worldwide. A frequent collaborator of Quentin Tarantino\, Gladstein was producer of The Hateful Eight and executive producer of Tarantino’s first three films: Reservoir Dogs\, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. Gladstein’s two Academy Award® nominations for ‘Best Picture of the Year’ were for producing The Cider House Rules and Finding Neverland.  \nAs a media executive and prior to the formation of FilmColony\, Gladstein was executive vice president & head of production at Miramax Films where he oversaw the companies production and development activities as well as the creative and operational relationship with The Walt Disney Co. after they acquired Miramax.
