Admission to NOMA is free every Wednesday for Louisiana residents\, courtesy of The Helis Foundation’s Art for All initiative. \nAbout Culture Collision\nCulture Collision is an organization dedicated to fostering all of the nonprofit performing and visual arts organizations in the New Orleans metro-area. For 15 years\, we have kicked off the cultural season with a unique happy hour\, including the city’s most entertaining organizations.
