CANCELED — LOVE in the Garden 2021 Presented by Hancock Whitney
Fri, September 24th, 2021 at 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
We look forward to seeing you at LOVE in the Garden on Friday, September 23, 2022.
In light of Hurricane Ida and the effects on our community, The New Orleans Museum of Art regrets to announce the cancellation of LOVE in the Garden presented by Hancock Whitney scheduled for September 24 in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden.
NOMA, along with presenting sponsor Hancock Whitney, agree that our primary focus is the well-being and safety of staff, vendors, and the community at large. Our hearts are with all of those affected by Hurricane Ida as we navigate this difficult time.
NOMA thanks presenting sponsor Hancock Whitney as well as all of our loyal sponsors, patrons, donors, and committee members. We are especially thankful for the strong leadership of LOVE Chairs Meaghan Ryan Bonavita, Martine Linares Chaisson, and Chad Graci.
Funds raised by LOVE in the Garden provide crucial operating support to NOMA, paying staff salaries and allowing NOMA to create innovative education and exhibition programs that serve the New Orleans Community at large. NOMA depends on these funds, even more so this year in light of the effects of COVID-19 and Hurricane Ida. We ask that all tickets and sponsorships be considered a 100% tax-deductible donation.
