All NOMA members have access to a digital membership card that can be added to their Google or Apple Wallet. This digital card includes your first and last name, unique membership ID, membership expiration date, and membership level.
Your digital membership card can be used exactly like a physical membership card at NOMA and at reciprocal institutions across the country. When you visit NOMA, show our staff at the Front Desk your digital membership card, just like you would your physical membership card.
With a digital membership card, you can:
- Immediately access your membership card without waiting for processing or mailing delays
- Keep your membership card easily accessible for visits to NOMA and reciprocal institutions
- Help NOMA reduce our overall paper usage and build a more sustainable future for our museum
How to Set Up Your NOMA Digital Membership Card
To access your NOMA digital membership card, follow these steps from your phone or mobile device:
- Click here
- Type out your membership number and last name. Your membership number can be found on your previous NOMA member card, or by logging in with your email to your my.noma.org account. To access your membership number from your my.noma.org account , click the “Memberships” tab and use the number listed under “Constituent Number.”
- After entering your last name and membership number, follow the instructions on your screen to add your digital membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Enjoy 24/7 access to your digital membership card!

When I try to access my digital membership card, my record cannot be found. How do I fix this?
You may need to renew your membership. You can check your membership status by logging in to your my.noma.org account. Renew your membership online here, in-person at the admissions desk, or over the phone by calling 504-658-4127.
Can I still receive a physical membership card?
Yes—all members will receive a physical membership card in the mail through March 31, 2027. After this date, requests for a physical membership card can be made here.
Can I opt out of receiving a physical membership card?
Yes—to opt out of receiving a physical membership card, please email membership@noma.org.
Will my digital card reflect my reciprocal membership benefits?
Yes—members at the Dual level or above will have their respective reciprocal membership logos visible on their digital cards.
