About Dave Jordan
Dave Jordan is a bass player, a guitar player, a singer and a songwriter based in New Orleans. Bring Back Red Raspberry is his latest album.
Featuring 12 new, original songs, Bring Back Red Raspberry blurs the lines of the acoustic, mellowness 2010’s These Old Boots, and the good time, funk rock that he delivered with Juice. Featuring his band, the Neighborhood Improvement Association, it also boasts guest appearances by Anders Osborne, Joe Krown and members of such standout New Orleans bands Johnny Sketch and the Dirty Notes, Soul Project, the Lynn Drury Band and the Kid Carsons.
Over the past decade, Art21 has established itself as the preeminent chronicler of contemporary art and artists through its Peabody Award-winning biennial television series, Art in the Twenty-First Century. The nonprofit organization has used the power of digital media to introduce millions of people of all ages to contemporary art and artists and has created a new paradigm for teaching and learning about the creative process.
