A cut-aluminum construction with a wind-activated double propeller device at the front. As the propellers turn, they activate the wings of the elephant placed at the rear of the piece. A figure can be seen atop the elephant, with its arms outstretched. The whole is painted in red, black, and blue paint. Other miscellaneous plastic remnants are attached at points.
